Refunds
Short version: if a product isn't right for your kitchen, ask within 14 days of buying it and you'll get your money back. No questions asked, and you don't need to return anything.
How to ask
- Reply to your receipt email, or use the customer portal link in it.
- Or write to our support address (published here before any sale or email sign-up opens; until then we collect nothing that would need it) with your order email.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank may take a few days to show it.
Early editions
Some books are sold as early editions while we cook the remaining recipes. Each early-edition page states its completion date. If the book is not finished by that date, any early-edition buyer can ask for a full refund for 30 days afterwards, on top of the usual 14 days.
