This is the public record behind our seals. A dish is marked 已试, “cooked at our table”, only once it appears here with a date. Anything not yet cooked is marked 待试, draft.
Cooked, and on the stove next
- The house heat ladder (wontons, four bowls) 红油抄手 / 清汤抄手 on the stove next

- Tomato and egg stir-fry 西红柿炒鸡蛋 on the stove next

Nothing is marked cooked until we have made it at our own table and logged it.
